This raspberry cocktail is often considered a more elegant take on the classic gin sour. It balances a hint of sweetness with the bright, tangy kick of lemon juice. Ingredients

  • 35ml Hendricks Gin

  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth

  • 25ml Raspberry Puree

  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg White

Garnish

  • Fresh Raspberries

Method

1) In a cocktail shaker dry shake the egg white to create foam

2) Add the rest of the ingredients with ice to the shaker and shake well

3) Fine strain into pre chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries
