Negroni

This Negroni recipe is a classic cocktail with rich flavour notes perfect for sipping. It’s made with gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Ingredients

  • 35ml London Dry Gin

  • 25ml Campari

  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth

Garnish

  • Orange Peel

Method

1) Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir well for a good 30 seconds

2) Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice

3) Garnish with an orange peel and squeeze the oils into the cocktail
