Ingredients
35ml London Dry Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish
Orange Peel
Method
1) Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir well for a good 30 seconds
2) Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
3) Garnish with an orange peel and squeeze the oils into the cocktail
