Whisky Sour

The whisky sour is a classic favourite for good reason—it's simple to make and even smoother to enjoy. Now for this recipe I’m using Whisky not Bourbon. Perfect for celebrating special moments with friends, this timeless cocktail combines whisky, sugar, lemon juice, and egg white for a rich, velvety texture. But if you or your guests are not into eggs, you can remove them (back to make the best sour get them fired in it).

Ingredients

  • 50ml Dewars 15 Year Old Blend

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 25ml Simple Syrup

  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish

  • Lemon Peel

  • Maraschino Cherry

Method

1) Dry shake egg white in cocktail shaker

2) Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and shake well to create foam

3) Fine strain into a rocks glass

4) Garnish with Dehydrated Orange
