El Diablo

Ingredients

  • 50ml Resposado Tequila

  • 15ml Crème de Cassis

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 50ml Ginger Beer

Garnish

  • Red Cherry

Method

1) Add Tequila, Lime Juice and Crème de Cassis to a shaker with ice and shake well

2) Strain into highball glass with ice and top with Ginger Beer

3) Garnish with Red Cherry
