Gaelic coffee

While Irish Coffee traditionally calls for Irish Whisky, Gaelic Coffee typically uses Scotch Whisky, reflecting Scotland's unique cultural identity. This small change not only influences the flavour profile but also showcases the regional pride and craftsmanship that comes with Scotland's renowned Whisky heritage

Ingredients

 

  • 50ml Dalwhinnie 12 Year Old

  • Double shot Espresso

  • 35ml Double Cream

  • 1 Brown Sugar Cube

Garnish

  • Chocolate Dusting

Method

1) Pre heat your coffee glass

2) To thicken the Cream shake in a cocktail shaker for 10-15 seconds

3) Add the sugar and espresso with hot water to the glass and stir (leave room for the cream)

4) Use a spoon to float the cream into the glass

5) Garnish with some chocolate powder
