Zombie

The Zombie is a bold and intriguing cocktail known for its strength and complexity. This potent tropical drink blends multiple types of rum with fruit juices and exotic syrups, creating a delicious yet formidable concoction. Ingredients

 

  • 35ml Flor de Caña 4

  • 25ml Flor de Caña 7

  • 15ml Falernum liqueur

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 25ml Orange juice

  • 15ml passionfruit puree

  • Top Grenadine (I prefer Giffard)

  • Overproof rum

Garnish

  • Half passionfruit hollowed out (flamed)

Method

1) Shake the rum, falernum, orange juice, passionfruit puree and lime juice with ice

2) Strain into glass (skull glass if you have one) and add crushed ice

3) Top with grenadine so it drizzle through the cocktail

4) Place a half passion level on top with some overproof rum inside, carefully set a light and voila!
