Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka

  • 25ml lime juice

  • 75ml Ginger Beer

Garnish

  • Fresh mint sprig

  • Lime wheel

Method

1) Fill a Mule Mug (or Highball will work) with Ice, Vodka and lime juice

2) Top with Ginger Beer

3) Garnish with lime wheel & mint sprig
