Ranch Water

A true Texas classic, Ranch Water is a refreshingly simple cocktail made with tequila, fresh lime juice, and crisp, bubbly Topo Chico mineral water (try sparkling water if you can’t get a hold of Topo Chico). Light and invigorating, it’s the perfect drink for hot days, offering just the right balance of smooth tequila, bright citrus, and effervescence. Despite its minimal ingredients, Ranch Water delivers big on flavour, proving that sometimes, simplicity is the key to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Blanco Tequila

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 75ml Topo Chico (Sparkling Water)

  • Lime Wedge

Garnish

  • Lime Wheel

Method

1) In a highball glass start to build the ingredients starting with ice

2) Next add Tequila, Lime juice then top with Sparkling Water

3) Add a lime wedge and stir using a bar spoon

4) Garnish with Lime wheel
