Paisley Spritz

They don’t get much more Scottish than the Long Irn Iced Tea! This cocktail is a playful twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea, featuring Scotland’s beloved national drink, Irn Bru. (Fun fact: Scotland is the only country in the world where Coca-Cola isn’t the top-selling soft drink Irn Bru holds that title!) Mixed with vodka, gin, Drambuie, lemon, and of course, Irn Bru, this drink is a true Scottish original, bringing bold flavours together in a way that just screams Scotland.

Ingredients

  •  25ml Smirnoff Vodka

  • 25ml Glaswegin Gin

  • 12.5ml Drambuie

  • 12.5ml Lemon juice

  • Top Irn Bru

  • Dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

  • Fresh mint

  • Lemon wheel

Method

1) Shake the Vodka, Gin, Drambuie and lemon with ice

2) Pour into highball glass and top with Irn Bru

3) Top with a few dashes of Angostura

4) Garnish with some mint and a Lemon wheel
